After terminating the survey, all information obtained, both results and comments, is sent to our headquarters in order to process the data and prepare reports within a maximun period of 12 hours after finishing the survey.

Even the comments placed on the questionnaires are translated and forwarded in the annex in view of their importance since they reflect your clients´point of view, complaints, suggestions and expectations.
